The Facts On Water... Get Watered Down

Ks107581 I'm not one to carry water with me wherever I go.  I guess I've been fortunate in finding sufficient water supplies, well, everywhere.  Thanks to indoor plumbing, water is pretty available, and free, across the fruited plains... even in Montana.  Now it seems, that it doesn't really need to be.  Sure, have a glass, but there really is no need to carry it with you like you're preparing to get lost in the woods.  Read for yourself: "Drinking a lot of water is claimed to be helpful for everything from clearing toxins and keeping organs in tip-top shape to keeping weight off and improving skin tone. At best, however, the evidence to back up these claims is weak, according to a new scientific review published in the Journal of the American Society of Nephrology."  Same goes for those of you carrying around extra air.  Yes, you need it, and there are definite benefits, but it's already pretty much everywhere you're going to need it.  So go ahead and leave that air can at home.

April Fool's Office Fun

April430hed0408_3 There's a couple of places for some interesting and non-job-threatening ideas for April Fool's office jokes.  Especially if you have a bunch of packing peanuts!  A little more techie, but still fun, Wired.com has a list worth checking out... Popular Mechanics has a smaller list, but as you can see, all you need is the office fridge and a screwdriver!
