Jennifer
Jennifer is much more than just a pretty face and voice. Originally from a very small town nowhere near Chicago, she began her career in radio as an intern in Champaign, Illinois. Now seven years and two states later, Jennifer is the better looking half of the WAY-FM morning show. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys watching NASCAR with her dog Winston. And even though the mornings are early, the humidity is low so everyday is a good hair day.

Believe it or not, I'm a trained aviator. Got me a degree in Aviation Management. I guess it'll come in handy if the morning show ever takes to the air. I started in radio in Grand Forks, ND, where I pursued the aforementioned aviation degree. I've focused on Christian radio which took me to Chicago, Portland, San Francisco, and now Denver. I had also spent about 5 years programming three Christian music channels for AOL Radio.

Funny story... back in the day, radio used big reel to reels to play some programming. And when the tape would wear out, you needed to remove it from the reel. While the grunt at a jazz/classical/news station in North Dakota, I was literally 'branded' a production assistant. Yup, radio has scarred me for life. I have the 'reminder' on my inner thigh from using a razor blade to 'creatively' remove the tape from said reel to reels. Fortunately, technology evolved and we no longer use razor blades to cut things, which prevented radio from actually killing me. You may laugh at my being at jazz/classical station, but it takes skill to properly pronounce 'Mozart.'

I love to play golf and since moving here I've hit my longest drive in my life... over 350 yards! Yes, there were witnesses... not to mention the foursome ahead of us whose heads the ball flew over. My wife and I moved here from San Francisco, have two boys and absolutely love Colorado.
