Faster Airport Security--Solved!!

They've come up with a way to speed things up through airport security... you pay them.  I'm not too surprised by that.  Seems to work in other industries, so, why not.   Pay the fee, get the pass, less waiting. Notice I didn't say, 'no waiting'.  No one could afford that.  So, for a smaller fee, you can wait 'just a little'.  It's called the Clear pass... 100 bucks a year... it may only be faster because not very many people are going to be willing to pay to wait 'just a little' instead of a lot.  Tell me this isn't a brilliant idea: We fly on a holiday schedule!  Not really any different than a big pot luck... 'now able to fly, people with last names A-G...'  This will limit who can fly, which in turn will limit the number of people going through security, which in turn will make security super fast.  Yet another problem solved.  And, it's free.  Thank you so much.  read more
